Buyer Policies

ThoroughbredCatalog.com will not share your personal information with any vendor or consignor. We make every reasonable effort to keep your information secure, including requiring e-mail activation of accounts, https-only traffic to and from our website, using valid SSL certificates for encryption.

Consignor policies

All sales are final. Withdrawal of a horse from a sale and / or reserve not being attained (RNA) does not constitute a reason for refund as posted horses can still be marketed via Thoroughbred Catalog.

Consignors that post inappropriate content or attempt to modify another consignor's data listings may have their consignor account suspended or removed.
