That's right, folks... We will be traveling to the Bluegrass to bring you extended coverage, photos, and videos of as many Fasig-Tipton Kentucky Fall Yearlings sale horses as we can capture. You never know where the Thoroughbred Catalog camera will show up!
This was a successful endeavor for the Midlantic Fall Yearlings sale. We are pleased to have posted the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic Fall sale-topper, with full photos and videos, well in-advance of the sale, thanks to the efforts of consignor Becky Davis and the talented Cary Frommer, who prepped the flashy Curlin colt on behalf of the consignor. To those who say that a photo and video posted weeks before a sale can't help a horse sell, think again. The colt was the highest-priced yearling at the Fasig-Tipton Midlantic sale in nearly two decades... supported by videos shot with cell phones and some photos taken with regular cameras. Congrats to Becky Davis and the connections of Hip 323 for preparing this colt and for seeing value in promoting her consignments with photos and videos! Becky said she has been promoting her consignments with photos and videos for close to ten years and has succeeded with these tools.
